With an impressive 51 rooms across four areas, Jaarbeurs has a room for every type of event or conference. Mayen van Luttikhuizen, Brand Marketing Manager, highlights this diversity: "Across four conference centers, we can groups from anywhere between 100 to 1,500 guests. Each center has a distinct identity and exclusive facilities such as session rooms and foyers. If you need to host even more guests, our ten exhibition halls can be right for you."

Royal Jaarbeurs isn't just about renting a space. Niek explains, "Our primary focus is to first understand your objectives. Then, we recommend the most suitable space and provide additional services like audiovisual equipment, furnishings, and staffing. Your account manager stays with you from start to finish."

Excellent accessibility

One of Royal Jaarbeurs' major strengths is its accessibility. The venue is located only 30 minutes by direct train from Schiphol Airport, and the train station right next door to the venue. Furthermore, Utrecht Central Station is the Netherlands' primary railway hub so it’s conveniently located for all guests coming from any direction. On-site parking is also available, with a reserved number of spots upon request. 

For overnight guests, Royal Jaarbeurs has set up a partnership with booking platform Time to Momo, offering a convenient map of the city with the location of the venue and nearby hotels which can be easily booked. 

Sustainable and delicious

Guests can savor Royal Jaarbeurs' commitment to sustainability in its cuisine. Sustainability, local sourcing, and vegetarian options take center stage. Mayen remarks, "We continue to innovate, even in our kitchen. Recently, we welcomed Peter Scholte, a chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and known for sustainability. Sustainable cooking has always been central to Peter's approach. Our food offerings have been revamped to feature inspiring, contemporary 'green' dishes with plenty of variety."
