We're seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Conference Program Manager to lead the programming and content agenda for HufiCon, SoSafe’s flagship cybersecurity conference. This role will be responsible for end-to-end agenda development, speaker engagement (paid and unpaid), and alignment with sales and business goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping the event’s evolution, scaling it to new markets, and driving its impact as a premier B2B conference in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Content & Agenda Own development of the event’s vision, themes, and session programmingCurate a high-impact agenda in collaboration with Brand, Product Marketing, Sales, and Field teamsEnsure alignment with business objectives and target audience needs
  • Speaker & Stakeholder Management Manage all speaker relationships (internal, external, paid/unpaid) including C-level speakersCoordinate speaker prep, briefings, and onsite supportProvide a white-glove experience to VIPs and key stakeholders
  • Sales Enablement & Revenue Alignment Align event strategy with pipeline generation and sales team goalsBuild sales toolkits to support outbound efforts and post-event follow-upTrack and report on revenue-related impact metrics (e.g., influenced pipeline, meetings booked)
  • Logistics & Vendor Oversight Manage external contractors including AV, production, venue, and logistics providersOwn logistics related to speaker and session deliveryEnsure budget adherence and high-quality event execution
  • Post-Event Reporting & Growth Drive post-event evaluation (feedback, metrics, learnings)Create assets to support post-event engagement and content reuseSupport geographic expansion and virtual/hybrid transitions

Your profile:

  • You must come from a B2B SaaS background
  • Significant experience handling flagship events, from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards and measurable outcomes.
  • Significant experience in building out program management frameworks and stakeholder management processes across multiple teams and seniority levels
  • Strong experience in agenda planning, speaker management, and executive communications
  • Strong project management and organisational experience, with the aptitude to juggle priorities, maintain tight timelines, and oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A natural collaborator—someone who excels in team environments and fosters seamless collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the experience to engage and build relationships with senior executives, customers, and partners.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure and adapts rapidly to changing circumstances with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required, with a strong preference for candidates who are also fluent in German.
