Activities host / Event manager in Amsterdam (pt)

CityQuester organizes exciting city discovery games for corporate and private groups, and we’re looking for a new team member to join us as an Event Manager / Game Host on a piecework basis.

If you're a positive, energetic, and client-focused person with fluent English/Dutch, this role is for you! 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming and engaging guests with enthusiasm and energy, setting the stage for an exciting experience.
• Delivering clear and entertaining instructions, ensuring all participants understand the game and feel confident before starting.
• Answering questions with patience and professionalism to keep the experience smooth and enjoyable.
• Hosting an exciting awards ceremony, celebrating participants’ achievements in a fun and memorable way.
• Ensuring everything runs seamlessly, from the start of the game to the final wrap-up, while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.

We’re looking for:

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with new people.
• Responsible and solution-oriented (experience in customer service is a plus!).
• Fluent in English/Dutch (French/German is an advantage).
• Knowledge of Amsterdam’s history and landmarks is a plus.
