Nederland is partnerland Gamescom 2019

Nederland is het officiële partnerland voor Gamescon 2019. Koelnmesse, Game (de vereniging voor de Duitse game-industrie), en de Dutch Games Association hebben de overeenkomst ondertekend. De groeiende games-markt in Nederland en de diversiteit in de ontwikkeling ervan, maakt ons land voor de organisatoren een geschikte partner. Ook heeft Nederland een grote schare e-sports fans. Als partnerland zal Nederland de internationale standhouders in Keulen vertegenwoordigen van 20 tot 24 augustus 2019.

Nederlands paviljoen

In totaal zullen meer dan 20 bedrijven deelnemen aan het Nederlandse paviljoen in het zakelijke gedeelte van de beurs (hal 4.1, stand A65/B70). Er zal een divers aanbod getoond worden en behalve de bekendere Nederlandse bedrijven zullen ook independents, start-ups en uitgevers hun opwachting maken.

Its impact and influence not only supports Dutch companies in evolving on a professional level – it also provides a platform where we can meet gaming-focused minds and get down to work on things together – you can’t get more Dutch than that,” vult Horst Streck, voorzitter van de Dutch Games Association, aan.
