Claudia Hall new Event Director of IBTM World

Claudia Hall has been appointed as the new Event Director of IBTM World, just weeks ahead of the 2023 edition of the international meetings trade fair in Barcelona.

Claudia Hall has more than 14 years of experience in the meeting and events industry. She worked for Informa Markets for about 6 years as stock exchange director of Middle East Energy, Gulf Traffic and TranspoTech in Dubai.

IBTM World

She takes responsibility for the management and strategic planning of IBTM World, which will take place this year from November 28 to 30 at Fira de Barcelona.

Hall takes over as Event Director from David Thompson, who served in the role for five years.
