Congres en event organisator AIM Group International, heeft Annalisa Ponchia als Director of Innovation and Customer Experience aangesteld. Ponchia heeft 30 jaar internationale ervaring in het vakgebied.

Met 30 jaar ervaring in event management heeft Annalisa Ponchia haar sporen in de industrie verdiend.  Ze organiseerde wereldwijd conferenties en events voor de bedrijfssector, de regering en verenigingen. Ze was meer dan 12 jaar Chief Executive Officer van de European Society for Organ Transplantation. In die periode heeft ze de strategische visie voor de organisatie, de samenwerkingsprojecten en de fondsenwerving ontwikkeld, en begeleidde zij de marketing en communicatie. Recent werd zij nog hoog aanbevolen als Executive Director of the year op de Associations Awards 2019.

Ponchia is een gediplomeerd meeting professional, en ze is bestuurslid van  AC Forum, PCMA EMEA en de IPCAA Compliance Task Force.
