We are looking a hands-on, outgoing, and confident Event Manager to join our team. Monday Merch is a fast-growing scale-up, providing customers with a full-service merch offering.
Your Goal
Maximise customer acquisition and revenue through events and outbound sales. Increase new customer acquisition to drive our 3x annual revenue growth goal for 2025.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all aspects of (Europe wide) events where we have an active booth, including pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Attend (Europe wide) events where we do not have an active booth, focusing on outbound sales, networking, and identifying new customer opportunities.
- Capture, follow up on, and convert leads generated from events into customers and new revenue.
- Possibly organize and manage company-hosted events to engage potential and existing customers:
- Virtual events or webinars.
- Smaller-scale or internal events.
- Outbound sales campaigns to build pipeline (email and phone).
You
- Work hard, are results-driven.
- Are hands-on, outgoing and confident.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in English).
- Enjoy traveling and working flexible hours when needed.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in event management, sales, or marketing.
